Known for her positivity-plus personality, Carrie creates an uplifting space where students feel supported and empowered on their own path to zen. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Northern Life Yoga in 2024-25, deepening her commitment to mindful movement and holistic well-being.
