Our Studio
Northern Life Yoga offers weekly yoga and fitness classes year round in our spacious studio. With a variety of styles from chair yoga and gentle yoga to yoga flow, you’re sure to find a class that suits your needs and schedule.
Our mission is to give the healing space and supportive guidance for students to empower strength, presence and peace through yoga, fitness and healing arts.
We welcome new and experienced yoga practitioners, whether living in the Sault or visiting our area! Over thirteen years, we have grown a supportive, positive, and inclusive yoga community.
In addition to weekly yoga and fitness classes, we offer special workshops that encourage expanding your practice in new ways and reaching a deeper level of healing and relaxation. Many of our workshops include healing arts, such as Reiki and Reflexology, in addition to yoga. We are pleased to offer Reflexology, Reiki, and massage as our healing arts services.
Are you uncomfortable participating in group classes or in need of extra assistance? We offer private yoga sessions where we work with clients individually to help achieve personal goals or to modify a practice for specific physical needs. We also work with private groups for wellness events or special celebrations. Private yoga sessions are an ideal way to enjoy a yoga practice that caters specifically to your needs.

Our studio is centrally located in downtown Sault Ste. Marie on Court Street between Spruce and Dawson. Our studio is one block from the Bayliss Library in a large white building with parking lots on both sides. Free parking is available on one side of the building and there are two rows of metered spots in the lot on the corner of Dawson and Court.
