Meet Morgan Jorgensen, our dedicated movement enthusiast and holistic wellness advocate. With a lifelong passion for movement, stretching, and strength training, Morgan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. Having spent a decade as a competitive gymnast, Morgan's understanding of body movement and training is both dynamic and deeply rooted. Her commitment to continuous growth led her to obtain her 200hr RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) certification and complete a 25hr Restorative YTT (Yoga Teacher Training), further enhancing her knowledge and skill set in the realm of holistic wellness.
Beyond the studio walls, Morgan finds solace and inspiration in the great outdoors. An avid nature enthusiast, she revels in the grounding energy of the natural world, which ultimately inspired her to become our resident reflexologist. Along with her extensive knowledge in earth science, where she obtained a Bachelors Degree from LSSU in Geology, a minor in Environmental Science and GIS Mapping. Through her practice, Morgan seeks to foster harmony between mind, body, and spirit, guiding others on their journey towards holistic well-being.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Morgan cherishes quality time spent with her family. Alongside her daughter Lakyn and husband Johnny, she embraces a natural lifestyle rooted in connection with nature and each other.
In addition to her role here, Morgan is also a passionate instructor at Allure Dance Studio, where she shares her expertise in Acro and her love for working with children. Through her teachings, she instills a sense of joy, mindfulness, and empowerment in her students, helping them discover the beauty of movement and the power of presence.
