Level 1 classes are best for beginners.  All yoga classes are included in monthly memberships and new student introductory offers for unlimited yoga.

Wednesday

  • 4:00-5:10PM Gentle Yoga with Nancy, Level 1

  • 5:30-6:45PM Yoga Flow with Allie, Level 2

  • 7:15-8:30PM Gentle Sunset/Candlelight Yoga + Yin with Allie, Level 1

Thursday

  • 9:30-10:30AM Gentle Beginner Slow Flow with Lola, Level 1

  • 5:30-6:15PM Pilates with Kristi Cleary, Level 1-2

Friday

  • 9:00-10:15AM Yoga Flow with Allie, Level 2

  • 11:00AM-12:00PM Chair Yoga with Nancy, Level 1

Saturday

  • 9:00-10:15AM Yoga Flow with Allie, Level 1-2

Sunday 

  • 5:00-6:15PM Belly Dance with Lola, Level 1-2 (no class October 14, 21, 28)
