Level 1 classes are best for beginners.  All yoga classes are included in monthly memberships and new student introductory offers for unlimited yoga.

Monday

  • 5:15-6:30PM Yoga Flow with Jennifer, Level 1-2

Tuesday (2 for 1 classes - take both for $15!)

  • 5:30-6:15PM Beginner Pilates with Kristi Cleary, Level 1

  • 6:30-7:15PM Core Strength & Stretch with Maxx, Level 1-2

Wednesday

  • 4:00-5:10PM Gentle Yoga with Nancy, Level 1

  • 5:30-6:45PM Yoga Flow with Allie, Level 2

  • 7:15-8:30PM Gentle Sunset/Candlelight Yoga + Yin with Allie, Level 1

Thursday

  • 9:30-10:30AM Slow Flow with Lola, Level 1

  • 5:30-6:30PM Pilates with Kristi Cleary, Level 1-2

Friday

  • 9:00-10:15AM Yoga Flow with Lola, Level 2

  • 11:00AM-12:00PM Chair Yoga with Nancy, Level 1

Saturday

  • 9:00-10:15AM Yoga Flow with Allie, Level 1-2 - December 1 only, Yoga & Barre will take the place of Yoga Flow at 9AM.

Sunday 

  • 9:30-10:15AM Pilates with Kristi, Level 1

  • 2:00-3:00PM Wisdom Years Fitness with Julie McLeod, Level 1-2

  • 5:00-6:15PM Belly Dance with Lola, Level 1-2 (December 2 only - Belly Dance & Barre will be at 3:15-4:30PM)
