BREATHWORK

Ashley O’Dwyer will be taking you through a fun, upbeat, and rejuvenating breathwork session. This is the ultimate experience to get out of your head and into your body. Allow your breath to move from your mind and into your heart. Ashley will begin with a breathwork 101 and move into the session where she will guide you through active breathwork, meditation, and journaling.

Our minds often overthink, sabotaging our beliefs or goals, or create anxieties and stress over things in our lives; but our body… our body has wisdom that we don’t often have the opportunity to tap into. Through breath we slow down the voice of self sabotage and anxiety and allow ourselves to access wisdom and intuition. Within the body; trauma, emotions, and thought patterns can be suppressed. Breathwork can help release this leaving us feeling refreshed, motivated, and inspired.

Ashley’s expertise and passion for breathwork creates a safe, comfortable space for you to let your breath release the emotions, anxieties, and trauma and let your bodies wisdom and intuition take over.
