Koral Brady
Over the last four years, Koral has been teaching yoga from a trauma-informed lens after training with Canmore Counseling Yoga Psychology School to earn her 200 hour certificate. From her personal practice to the feedback she's received from students, it is clear that yoga is a beautiful tool for self reflection and empowerment. Students often comment on how Koral's inclusive language is meaningful to their practice as they focus on connecting rather than focusing on what is right or wrong. Koral also recently completed focused training on providing hands on assists in a way that honors consent and ties back to foundational aspects of yoga. On and off the mat, Koral uses loves to share about the power of yoga.
