Winter Schedule (January 1 - March 31)
Yoga classes are 75 minutes. Level 1 classes are best for beginners. All yoga, tai chi and belly dance classes are included in monthly memberships and new student introductory offers.

- 6:00PM Beginner Slow Flow with Jennifer, Level 1
- 10:30AM Tai Chi with Richard Askwith, Level 1 (January 9, 16, 23, Feb. 6)
- 5:30PM Core Strength & Stretch with Maxx, Level 1-2
- 4:00PM Gentle Yoga with Nancy, Level 1
- 5:30PM Yoga Flow with Allie, Level 2
- 7:15PM Gentle Candlelight Yoga with Allie, Level 1
- 9:30AM Gentle Flow with Lola, Level 1 - starting February 15!
- 9:00AM Yoga Flow with Allie, Level 2
- 11:30AM Chair Yoga with Nancy, Level 1
- 9:00AM Yoga Flow with Allie / Jennifer, Level 1-2
- 5:00PM Belly Dance with Lola, Level 1 - no class February 11
