Yoga classes are 75 minutes. Level 1 classes are best for beginners.  All yoga, tai chi and belly dance classes are included in monthly memberships and new student introductory offers.

Monday

  • 4:15PM  Yoga Flow with Jennifer, Level 1-2 
  • 6:00PM  Beginner Slow Flow with Jennifer, Level 1 

Tuesday

  • 10:30AM Tai Chi with Richard Askwith, Level 1 (January 9, 16, 23, Feb. 6)
  • 5:30PM  Core Strength & Stretch with Maxx, Level 1-2

Wednesday

  • 4:00PM  Gentle Yoga with Nancy, Level 1
  • 5:30PM  Yoga Flow with Allie, Level 2
  • 7:15PM  Gentle Candlelight Yoga with Allie, Level 1

Thursday

  • 9:30AM  Gentle Flow with Lola, Level 1 - starting February 15!

Friday

  • 9:00AM Yoga Flow with Allie, Level 2
  • 11:30AM Chair Yoga with Nancy, Level 1

Saturday

  • 9:00AM Yoga Flow with Allie / Jennifer, Level 1-2

Sunday

  • 5:00PM  Belly Dance with Lola, Level 1 - no class February 11
