Level 1 classes are best for beginners.  All yoga classes are included in monthly memberships and new student introductory offers for unlimited yoga.

  • 6:45-7:45PM Belly Dance with Lola, Level 1, March 25-April 29

Tuesday (2 for 1 classes - take both for $15!)

  • 6:35-7:20PM Core Strength & Stretch with Maxx, Level 1-2

Wednesday

  • 4:00-5:10PM Gentle Yoga with Nancy, Level 1

  • 5:30-6:45PM Yoga Flow with Allie, Level 2

  • 7:00-8:00PM Gentle Candlelight Yoga + Yin with Allie, Level 1

Thursday

  • 9:30-10:30AM Slow Flow with Lola, Level 1

  • 5:45-6:30PM Pilates with Kristi Cleary, Level 1-2

  • 6:45-7:45PM Shake Your Soul Dance with Barb Rogers - February 7, 21, 28 and March 7, Level 1-2

Friday

  • 9:00-10:15AM Yoga Flow with Lola, Level 2

Saturday
